Knowledge Resolution
Two people can hold the same knowledge at completely different resolutions — like a listener and a producer hearing the same song. Expertise is hearing more channels in the same signal. My working theory of knowledge work.

Three ideas I'll happily talk about
Schema is harness
Every format decision is secretly a behavior-control decision — for models and for humans. Write the schema, and the agent converges.
The tool question vs. the system question
"Which AI tool should I use?" is the wrong question. Tools change monthly; the five capabilities behind them don't. Measure the system, not the tool.
Durability over productivity
I run a 12-week cohort called "A Person Who Doesn't Wear Out Easily" — building personal systems that survive enthusiasm cycles.
